Interacted with the professors and scholars at the Summer School on Platform Governance organised between the Hans-Bredow-Institut (University of Hamburg), the Institute for Technology & Society of Rio de Janeiro, and the NLUD. Spoke about egulations that promote and protect market competition and innovation. This would entail lower administrative and compliance costs compared to excessively prescriptive ex-ante rules designed to micro-manage enterprises. There are many best practices to emulate in this regard from the regulatory frameworks of the participating jurisdictions.
